Our place boasts: • Master Bedroom: double bed • Second Bedroom: 2 single beds • Living Area: pull-out sofa bed, TV + terrace or balcony • 1 Bathroom: shower & separate toilet • Kitchenette: fridge, ceramic hob, mini-oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher. For easy clean-up, borrow our vacuum cleaner, available upon request. LOCAL FAVOURITES • Food and Drink: Hungry? Sit on the patio at Restaurant Chez Maryse et Régis, a French restaurant we highly recommend close to the sea and a 5-minute drive from the resort. There are also a few pizza restaurants nearby. • Outdoor Activities: When you’re done with the sun and surf, take the car to the city centre of Valras-Plage, a 2.8 km drive from the residence. For a fun outing, take in a concert at Le Palais de la Mer, a performance hall, just a 15-min drive. • Places to See: Take the kids to Palais de la Maquette - musée Lego, a lego museum 2.8 km from the apartment. Other things to note • Dive into our outdoor swimming pool, open every day from 10 am to 8 pm from the beginning of April to the end of October. Pool access requires swimwear (traditional briefs or swimsuits). Long wetsuits, shorts, and loose clothing are not allowed. • Bed linen is not included but can be rented on-site for €16/kit • Beds can be made on arrival for €10 • Towels are not provided but can be rented on-site for €12/kit/week • Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure, or an end-of-stay cleaning will be provided for €50 to €80 • Wi-Fi (limited access) is free at the reception • A cleaning kit is available for €3.90/ kit • Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax calculated as a percentage of the stay. • A number of these units are available, and each is individually decorated.
