Note: Residential environment with rules to be followed: no noise, do not take anything into the pool, pets are not allowed if there are guests... The space I take great care of the apartment, and I ask my guests to try to take care of the space as much as possible, especially regarding the cleanliness of the beds, sheets and towels, using each item only for its intended purpose. Do not use the sheets, towels, etc. to clean yourself under any circumstances, as this only makes the space unsuitable for other guests. If you use any kitchen items, please leave them clean and take care to avoid any legal issues after the booking... I believe that people of good character will understand all the requirements very well. Thank you for your cooperation. Other things to note During check-in, a registration form will be filled out for all guests, with address, profession, date of birth, and I.D. and CPF numbers. Facial recognition will also be done, as well as photos of the car for security reasons. This is nothing that is inconvenient for responsible people who understand family security, as our condominium is residential and family-oriented.
