The charming 55 sqm apartment is spread over two floors and can accommodate a maximum of three guests. If you like it a little more unconventional, you will feel comfortable here. However, climbing stairs is required. The apartment is quiet, is flooded with light and is part of a large brick building built in 1896 in the Arnsberg-Hüsten district. The space On the first floor there is a small kitchen/kitchenette with a cozy dining area. The bathroom with a large walk-in shower is located in the same room. The toilet is located separately on the first floor. The second floor is a living room and bedroom at the same time, with a day bed and a double bed, 160 x 200 cm. The apartment is exceptionally cut, while the two narrow floors are connected by a staircase. As for the style of decor, the term from the title "retro charm" may fit quite well. A wall heating system provides particularly pleasant warmth. However, this cannot be regulated by guests. The heating is controlled via an external temperature controller. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance and can be reached via an external staircase. There are no shared spaces with other guests or directly adjacent living spaces. Cyclists and motorcyclists are welcome to park their two-wheelers safely. Please make an appointment beforehand if necessary. Parking is on the property, right by the house. A key for the garden gate is available for guests on request. Other things to note The front door key is part of a locking system. In the event of loss, the entire lock will be replaced, resulting in costs of €160, which must be paid by the guest after presentation of the invoice.
