Surrounded by open paddocks, fresh country air, and the gentle pace of farm life. The space 2 bedrooms with their own ensuites. Queens beds. One ensuite has claw foot bath tub. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and lounge room. Large fireplace in lounge room. Galley kitchen. Oven with electric cook top. Italian coffee pot and tea pot. No coffee machine. No dishwasher. No tv. Wifi available. Seating on front and back deck. Webber Q and bbq supplies. Fire pit and seating. Outdoor table and chairs for alfresco meals. Welcome to bring own camping chairs for fire pit area. Ample parking. Some board games and puzzles in the house, you’re welcome to bring our own entertainment like instruments, painting, puzzles, photography ect. Please message host, should specific dates be required, or length of stay. Adjustments and accommodations can likely be made. Guest access Large front gate at entrance. Other things to note This is a functioning cattle farm. Contractors may come and go during your stay, but they will not ever interrupt you. All gates must remain closed at all times. No animals are to be bought to the property without approval from the host .
