From the kitchen you go directly to the terrace, overlooking the canal. Look at the small ships, boats and paddlers passing by, or watch the ducks taking their young out. The space The living area invites you to relax. White leather sofas, the polished wooden floor and selected works of art create a beautiful, well-kept ambience. Guest access The lower floor consists of the spacious entrance, the living area with white leather sofas, the exclusive kitchen with dining area and the beautiful full bathroom as well as a cozy bedroom with a 180x200 bed. Upstairs there is a second bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, so you can come as a group of four. From the sunny terrace you have a view of the lovingly landscaped garden and the canal and could relax in the comfortable furniture. Other things to note The rest of the 170 m² house is inhabited by Katia and her husband Wolfgang. Vacation guests have their own separate entrance.
