The apartment was completely renovated using some of the best materials in the market, including all windows change for acoustic ones. The marble floors extend to the large balcony which can comfortably accommodate four people sitting in the afternoon and evening sun. The living room enjoys the same views with a large comfy sofa and three easy chair designed by Osvaldo Borsani, Italy. There is a 40inch Sony television with some 60 channels - several in English. The dining table was designed by Norman Foster no less with chairs by Phillipe Stark and Luce Plan lightning The bright kitchen has all the modern conveniences including a dishwasher, a clothes washing machine and a Corian counter top. The Master bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed, plenty of storage space and an ensuite with a very special Italian designed double basin, suspended loo and bidet as well as bath and multi-faceted shower…. with a bright south facing window. Bedroom Two has twins that could be pushed together and also plenty of space for clothes. Each bedroom has a safe for your passports and cash and both have the delightful park views. The second bathroom has a rain style shower, designed basin and loo. There is air conditioning throughout – even in the kitchen. The building has 24 hour security. During high season (December until 10th of January) minimum stay is for 6 nights. In the rest of the year the minimum stay is for 3 nights. We are extremely concern about our guests before and during their stay. The location is just amazing!. You are in the heart of Recoleta – perhaps the best neighbourhood in South America!? The famous café bar La Biela just across the street, the Alvear Palace Hotel 2 blocks away, Recoleta Village Mall with shops and cinemas also 2 blocks away. There are a dozen pleasant bars and restaurants very close and even more shops – mostly elegant. A very good supermarket is 3½ blocks away. Tourist office is across the street and near by a taxi stop. A few meters from the apartment there is a stop for the sightseeing bus. If you are traveling with your car an underground parking is just a 50 meters (not included). The apartment would suit a family of four very nicely or perhaps a couple who want a bit more space. Is an area with many activities. During weekends at the Park in front of the Nuestra Señora del Pilar Church (1732) there is an artisan and artist Market, with tango dancers and other attractions that are very much appreciated by most guests but could be noisy by others so beware for light sleepers.
