Winter Wonderland

Enjoy your stay by the Kemi river! You love my place for Auroras and permanent snow from Nov to April. Reindeers and other winter acties like icetrek, skiing, skating, sledging, snowmobiling etc. nearby. My place is good for couples, friends and solo adventurers to explore the beauty of Lapland. Finish Snowhostel on the yard. Kemi Snowcastle 10 km, Santa Claus Village and Ranua Zoo reachable in day trip. Pick-up and delivery also available from Kemi and Tornio-Haparanda stations. Come on in! The space Excellent chances to spot and see Northern light! Close situation to Kemijoki river makes it possible to spot auroras right on the backyard. Ice fishing on the Kemijoki river that is 50 metres from the apartment. Snowhostel and husky farm also nearby. SnowCastle in Kemi 10 km and Icebreaker Sampo 15 km. Santa Claus village only is two hours away from my house. Unique in the world Santa's seaside office in 8 km from the house. One of the largest Arctic zoo - ZooRanua Wildlife Park only one and a half hours away from here, where you can see polar bears and more than 50 species of other arctic animals. There is St. Michael's Church about 4 km from my home. That is a real medieval stone church, which was founded in 1550 and this place is definitely worth to see also. Guest access Whole house accessible like kitchen, living room, washing machine, wi-fi and so on. Ice skates, skis, sledges, kicksledges, roller skates, bikes and ice fishing equipment also available! During your stay I'll be mostly around and I have also a car if transport needed. I speak Finnish, English, Swedish and a little bit German. Mom is also hosting but understands only Finnish.
