At tranquil location mid-way between Downtown Hudson (train station, Warren Street shops and bars) is a tasteful second floor perch that sleeps up to 4 adults and 1-2 children. It has numerous amenities, including Washer & Dryer, Ascaso Espresso Machine, TV, Apple TV, and much more The space The “Perch” is located on Columbia street, intersecting with Warren Street, in Midtown Hudson. The Living room looks out over a beautiful street, and the Hudson Park is easily seen and visited from the Space. The Bedroom and Child’s Bedroom is facing a gravel and stone patio; with a working office located between the Bedrooms and the Washroom. The Space is situated in a quiet part of Hudson; however, it offers direct access to the bustling “scene” that is contemporary and Historical Hudson. Lil Deb’s, Hudson Roasters, The Maker, Moto, and much more, are within ten minutes walk, some, much shorter. The Hudson Amtrak train station is either a short drive or twenty minute walk from the Spot. The Main Bedroom offers a Queen sized Bed and Air Conditioning. The Child’s Bedroom is a fun corner bedroom that offers a single bed, and plenty of toys, maps, and books. This is a room dedicated to our child, so we kindly ask that adults refrain from sleeping here. Your child and children, however, are more than welcome! Home Office. The office offers a spot for you to charge up, plug in, and have access to a work desk that includes an auxiliary monitor with plugin access. The Space also includes a printer, which you gain access to via the home network. The Kitchen includes BOSCH range, ASCASO Espresso machine & Grinder, Dish Washer, and Whirlpool fridge. The Kitchen also includes a toaster, as well as having a central island on which one can prepare food or enjoy your drinks on. The Living Room is a large space, consisting of windows facing streetward, as well as the entertainment area. This is a Television with access to Apple TV, various game consoles, etc. It is here that we have our dinner table located. Guest access Guests access the space via front door and staircase. Guests will have access to most spaces, excluding closets which are locked. Other things to note We welcome children and babies, and can provide a cot and high chair upon request. The apartment is reasonably child proofed; however, prudence must always be exercised, as we have stairs, outlets (that are covered and uncovered) and corners around. All household amenities are included. There is a washer and dryer unit, along with necessary cleaning products. Feel free to use as you desire! Smart TV in the living room High bandwidth broadband is accessible to guests via the WiFi network.
