A dog walkers paradise, with eight miles of walking and cycling trails circling the reservoir, while the surrounding countryside is dotted with classic Suffolk villages, country pubs and scenic lanes. If you fancy venturing a little further, the Suffolk coast, with its beaches, seafood and salty air, is within easy reach. The Coach House is a detached cottage arranged over one level, offering a beautifully comfortable and thoughtfully laid-out retreat for couples. At the heart of the property is the open-plan living space, where the kitchen, dining and sitting areas flow effortlessly together. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for every kind of cook, whether that means preparing a leisurely breakfast before heading out for the day or a relaxed supper in the evening. The adjoining dining area is ideal for lingering over long meals, while the sitting area provides a cosy spot to unwind with a book or plan the next day’s adventures. On warmer days, open the side door from the kitchen and let the sunlight spill in from the courtyard garden, filling the space with warmth and creating a seamless connection between indoors and out. The generous double-aspect bedroom is bright and inviting, offering a calm and restful space to recharge after a day spent exploring the countryside. A well-appointed bathroom with bath and shower over provides everything needed for a refreshing start - or soothing end - to the day.
