You’ll enjoy a spacious kitchen with sofa & dining table 🍽️, plus a private living room 🛋️. Quiet road, close to 2 pubs 🍻, butcher 🥩, greengrocer 🥬, fish shop 🐟, hairdresser 💇, and Tesco (15-min walk max). We may even drop you at the station! 🚗 This is a SHARED property with the owners. You’ll stay in the downstairs “Suede Room” (double) 🌿, sharing the main bathroom with one other guest. A downstairs toilet 🚽 sits opposite your room for extra convenience. . Guest access Main bathroom with lock (we do not use only for our guests) so it will be yours to be shared with any other Airbnb guests in upstairs room. Also the kitchen, dining table, living room. Shower compact for taller over 6”5/larger guests - it’s compact but does the job. Never used - only for guests. Regularly cleaned even when we do not have any guests staying with us. During your stay Upon arrival, guests will be warmly welcomed and provided with all the essential details about our home 🏡✨. We are friendly, attentive, and always delighted to converse with our guests, while equally respecting your privacy and personal space at all times 🤍. You are free to enjoy your stay entirely at your own pace. For those seeking a quieter retreat, the ground floor room offers a peaceful haven, complete with a coffee machine for your comfort ☕️ Other things to note You’ll have exclusive access to the main bathroom (with a lock - never used by the owners, only for guests) 🚪🚿, to be shared though with any Airbnb guests in the first floor room. Plus, full use of the kitchen 🍳, dining table 🍽️, and living room 🛋️. The shower is compact - ideal for most, though slightly snug for guests taller than 6’5” or larger in size. It’s clean, functional, and reserved exclusively for guests (never used by us) ✨. The entire space is regularly cleaned, even when no guests are staying, ensuring a pristine experience every time 🧼🏡. Smoking not permitted inside - section available in garden. No parties. No loud music.
