The house is located in a characteristic historic village typical of the Bergamo valleys with stone houses. The house is lit by the sun from morning to evening. The setting is absolutely peaceful, ideal for those looking for a retreat away from the modern hustle and bustle and who want to immerse themselves in "slow living." The space The house is located at an altitude of 730 meters in the characteristic historic village of the Costa di Averara, a jewel of the Bergamo valleys with its typical stone architecture that tells of centuries of history. Our apartment is on the second floor and offers two different views: to the south, from the living area, the view is of the Averara Valley; to the east, the bedroom overlooks the village of Redivo. The location is strategic: we are on the historic Via Mercatorum and a short distance from Via Priula. From here, you can easily reach the best that the Brembana Valley has to offer: Just a 20-minute drive away is San Pellegrino Terme, with its famous QC Terme and Liberty-style masterpieces such as the Casino and the Grand Hotel. 8 km from the Brembana Valley bike path We are at the foot of the San Marco Pass, a few kilometers from the Piani dell'Avaro, a paradise for summer hiking and snowshoeing or cross-country skiing in the winter.
