In the well-equipped kitchen with seating area you can prepare a delicious meal for your family and enjoy it together. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed or a single bed and a bunk bed. The flat screen TVs in the cozy living room as well as in the 2nd bedroom (here also with DVD player) provide variety. Through the large panoramic window you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain landscape. In the garden, the small hut with garden furniture and loungers as well as a barbecue invites you to spend sociable hours. A special attraction is the recreational lake with sunbathing lawn for swimming, sunbathing and boating, in winter for ice skating and curling. There is plenty of space for children and teenagers on the numerous playgrounds and playgrounds. For excursions there are day trips to Regensburg, Bodenmais, Zwiesel and Passau.
