Cozy, extensively renovated attic apartment in the St. district in 2019. Jürgen. The Gärtnergasse settlement at the gates of Lübeck city center was built in the 1920s. Today, due to its proximity to the old town, the university hospital and the Wakenitz River ("Amazon of the North"), it is one of the most popular residential areas of Lübeck. The apartment (about 40 square meters) offers a cozy living/dining room, a separate bedroom, a small pantry kitchen and a new shower room. Welcome to Lübeck! The space After our great experience with AirBnB in 2019, we have been offering our cozy upper floor apartment for rent since 2020. During the renovation, we attached great importance to preserving the character of the 100-year-old semi-detached house with its clay tile roof, which is so typical of this settlement. We are proud of the successful refurbishment of the wooden floor and the original doors. We combined this with Nordic-clear furnishings, new windows and a new front door, of course all made of local woods. On the first floor there is another apartment for 2-3 guests, which we also offer via AirBnB.
