We provide all cotton sheets and a hair dryer, iron & ironing board. The closet has a luggage rack and hanger. There’s plenty of free parking. We have orange and ruby red grapefruit trees and a vegetable garden, so feel free to pick your own fruit and veggies in season. A 20 or 30 minute walk from my house will get you to Papago Park where my guests have seen Bighorn Sheep, baby owls, and the amazing sunset from hole in the rock is a famous attraction. We’re located in a subdivision very close to just about anything you'd like to experience in Phoenix. It's a private home (1,702 sq. ft.) and you’ll find the open floor plan gives you plenty of room and quite a value, a nicer stay than any hotel, with the same amenities....and more! Your room is furnished with a pillow top mattress – a 3-inch foam toppers to give you a great night’s sleep. Arizona is famous for it’s cotton, so treat yourself to all cotton sheets, towels, and duvets. When you'd like to freshen up, the bathroom has nice showers with thick, oversized towels and soaps, and shampoos/conditioner. There’s plenty of space to relax and lounge in our home. It features an open floor plan with an eat-in kitchen, leading out to the covered patio where there's comfortable furniture- a perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The family area has a large couch, a 40 inch flat panel TV with local channels . Our kitchen is perfect and complete for the chef with granite countertops, dishwasher, gas range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, all necessary cooking utensils, coffee maker, plates, glasses, etc. and tons of storage space. Fully stocked laundry room if you're here for at least 3 days. Since we’re so close to the desert, we have backyard sightings of bats, owls, at dusk and red tailed hawks and hummingbirds in the daytime Parking is safe and free in the driveway or on the wide street. Location: It's 7 minutes to ASU, 10 minutes to Sky Harbor or Old Town Scottsdale, and 7 minutes to Tempe Marketplace. It's 10 minutes to Scottsdale Osborn Hospital. If you'd like you can cook in the well-stocked kitchen. Feel free to use our spices, olive and condiments. During your stay Check in is easy and flexible with WIFI locks- feel free to check in anytime after 3 pm. I'm busy and in and out, but always available by phone for any questions. I can give you advice on where to eat and what to do. Other things to note * The complimentary Breakfast is self-serve and usually includes bagels, cream cheese, oranges and ruby red grapefruit in season, coffee and tea. *The hall bathroom is shared with two other guests. *There is no smoking in the house or on the grounds. $85 fine for smoking. * Check out time is 11 am. Late check out Penalty Fee is $25. Please advise me if you want to enjoy late check out, and you're welcome to hang out in the living room or dining room, there's no charge, otherwise please respect the 11:00pm checkout since cleaning crew must prep. * Want to bring another guest? We may be able to accommodate you. There will be a daily charge based on a percent of the room fee.
