The residence features 4 bedrooms with 7 beds, a spacious living room, breakfast kitchen, bathroom, and guest WC. The two upper floors are reserved by the owner, ensuring an exclusive and tranquil stay. The space Additional Amenities: For an extra fee, an additional bed (for a total of 8 guests) can be arranged. Breakfast can be booked through the adjacent hotel or served in the apartment. Extra cleaning, transportation, and other services are available upon request. Included in the rental: Bed linen, towels, bathrobes, Wi-Fi, and final cleaning. Terms & Conditions: - Minimum stay: 4 nights - Minimum age to rent: 27 years - Children under 10 years are not accepted - Pets are not allowed - No parties or disruptive activities - Smoking is prohibited in and around the property - Only registered guests may use the courtyard or pool - Access to the pool, heated to 25°C, during designated hours - Guests under 15 years may not use the pool unsupervised - Pool use is prohibited under the influence of alcohol or substances - Glass items are not allowed in the pool area Guest access As our guest, you enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment, entirely private. Other things to note Our residence is reserved for guests aged 27 and above, offering a serene and exclusive environment without parties or disruptive events. Music after 11:00 PM is not permitted, and the property is entirely non-smoking. Only registered guests in assigned beds may access the apartment and its private spaces, including the courtyard with pool. An extra bed can be arranged in advance for a fee.
