Blackberry house 50m from beautiful Ulvshale beach

Lovely summer house only 50m from the beautiful beach Ulvshale. Huge terrace with sun ALL day. Two double bedrooms (one in the annex), one bedroom with a high bed and 2 beds (couch) in the livingroom. New build annex with a large bedroom and bathroom. There are 2 ekstra floormattresses in the annex. Outside fireplace and indside woodburning stove. The space The summerhouse 2 bedrooms. One double bed 170x200cm with a nice skylight and one bedroom with a double bed 170x190cm - ideal for children. The summerhouse also have 2 beds in the livingroom 90x200 cm, which are used as couches during the day. Fully equipped kitchen including new dishwasher. If you come in August-September there are lots of blackberries surrounding the house and appels and pars on the trees. Help yourself. Very large terrace of 115 m² with sun ALL day. Start with the morning sun outside the kicthen and end up in the relaxing corner by the outside removable fireplace. Bonfire in the corner of the garden. The annex New build in 2018. 1 large bedroom with a double bed 160x200cm and 2 ekstra floormattresses if needed. A very nice bathroom and a outside shower to wash of the sand from the beach. The annex also has sullery with washing machine, dryer and a ekstra refrigerator/freezer for the cold drinks. The Beach Just outside the house, a path leads rigth down to the lovely beach (50m). The kids can run back and forth in less tha a minute. The clearest and cleanest water with shallow water - ideal for kids. Same light as in Skagen as there is chalk in the water. Guest access Buy groceries in Stege town before you come as it is 5 km away. There are no buses or trains here, it's very quiet. Cliffs of Moen 22km by car. This is nature. There are spiders and bugs, but none of them are poisonous. Tics should be removed within 24hrs. If a growing rash appears, you have to consult a doctor. Beach north facing so ideal for surfers Don't leave pillows out at night please. From Germany: Ferries Rostock - Gedser or You can also choose Puttgarden-Roedby. It will take you approximately 5.5hrs to go to the summerhouse from Berlin, 6hrs from Hamburg, if the traffic is decent. Situated 1 ½ hours from Copenhagen. Other things to note Towels and bed linen is not included. Please bring your own. Cleaning is included. Please empty dishwasher before you leave if possible. Firewood ok to use if you chop some small pieces for the next guests. Dogs equals one extra guest when you book. Remember to turn off the boilers in the bathroom (summerhouse) and in the scullery (annex) and water in the well (outside) before you head home.
