Azura Home is a private 3-room house designed for families, small groups, business travelers, and guests visiting Pontianak & Kubu Raya. Located abt 35 mins from Ptk city center, 25 mins from GAIA depending on traffic. Cook in the kitchen, relax in the living room, or watch Netflix on the 43" TV, in our aesthetic open space. Here our guests can have flexible check-in. You can check in at the agreed time and enjoy the house for up to 24 hrs, giving you more freedom than a typical hotel stay. The space Welcome to Azura Home 🌊 Azura Home is a cozy and comfortable home, perfect for families, friends, couples, or guests looking for a relaxing place to stay. The house has 3 rooms: 🛏️ Bedroom 1 – A comfortable queen-size bed with AC for a restful night's sleep. 🛏️ Bedroom 2 – A cozy room with a single bed and fan, ideal for one guest. 💻 Flexible Room – A room with a sofa bed and fan. This space can be used as an additional bedroom or as a comfortable work-from-home room, perfect for guests who need a dedicated space to work or study. 📶 WiFi is available throughout the house, so you can stay connected whether you're relaxing, working, or enjoying your holiday. 🛋️ Living Room – A comfortable space with a 43-inch TV and AC, perfect for relaxing and spending time together. 🍳 Spacious Semi-Open-Air Kitchen & Dining Area – One of the unique features of Azura Home is our spacious kitchen and dining area with an open-air concept. The space allows you to enjoy the natural atmosphere and even watch the rain falling from the comfort of the covered dining area, creating a relaxing and refreshing experience, especially when enjoying a meal or a cup of coffee. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, rice cooker, and a spacious refrigerator, as well as a gallon of drinking water for your convenience. The dining area has a table with 4 dining chairs, making it a comfortable space for preparing and enjoying meals together. 🚿 Bathroom – The house has 1 bathroom. Please note that there is currently no water heater, so hot water is not available. Azura Home is designed to feel like a home away from home — a comfortable and relaxing space where you can unwind, spend quality time with your loved ones, work remotely, and enjoy the simple pleasure of watching the rain fall in our unique semi-open-air space. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house during their stay. You are welcome to enjoy all areas of Azura Home, from the aesthetic front yard and entrance area to the living room, all three bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and the spacious semi-open-air dining area at the back of the house. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy the whole space. Azura Home is entirely yours during your stay. Other things to note Azura Home is located in Kav 1 Residence, Desa Kapur, just outside the main city center. While some of Pontianak's major attractions and city-center destinations require a short drive, we believe the experience and privacy of having an entire private house make Azura Home well worth it. From Azura Home, you can reach several popular destinations by car or motorbike, approximately: 🛍️ GAIA Bumi Raya City – around 25 minutes 🛍️ Ayani Mega Mall – around 35 minutes 🎓 Universitas Tanjungpura – approximately 30 minutes 🌏 Tugu Khatulistiwa (Equator Monument) – approximately 45-60 minutes Travel times may vary depending on traffic conditions.
