Dog-friendly house with a gym and a great outdoor room

Enjoy a weekend, long weekend, or vacation on idyllic Jelsa! The house has a great outdoor area and its own fitness room. It's also perfect for you if you have a dog! Here you can enjoy quiet days or take advantage of what the surrounding area has to offer. When you book, I will send a comprehensive guide with hiking and activity possibilities right outside the door and in the immediate vicinity. Within a half-hour drive, you can find everything from a climbing center and swimming pool to spectacular mountain trips, a hot tub, and lovely barista coffee and baked goods! The space The house is located in the Svehaugane building area on Jelsa in Ryfylke, and overlooks parts of the village and the Ryfylke basin. It has a garden with a furnished terrace and a lawn, as well as parking space for several cars. The home has a large dog yard with access from both the front and the back of the house - as well as a separate door directly from the exercise room. Part of the area is covered. You can get to the house by car, or you can take a speedboat from Stavanger or other ports of call in Ryfylke. Distance to the dock: 750 m. Guest access As guests, you will have access to the whole house. Since I usually live in the house, I want to keep the following places private: - Sliding door closet in the hallway - Shelf sections in the laundry room - Cabinet in bathroom - Walk-in closet in master bedroom - The three drawers under the freestanding kitchen counter in the kitchen - One drawer in the refrigerator and one drawer in the freezer There are, however, good opportunities for storing clothes on a clothes rack in the hallway, hooks in the laundry room, hooks in the bathroom and a dresser in bedroom 2. There is coffee powder and beans, various dry goods and spices, as well as washing powder, etc. The garage is not normally available for guests, but can be used upon request. Other things to note A dog lives in the house on a daily basis. Take this into account if any of the guests have allergies.
