Located on Mall Road, just 1 km from Kaffberry Café, the retreat offers the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and access to nearby attractions. Guest access Guests have access to the entire booked accommodation, including all bedrooms, living spaces, balconies, dining areas, and kitchen facilities. Guests are also welcome to explore and enjoy all four gardens located within the property, each offering unique views and peaceful seating areas. There is ample parking and is safe outside the villa. Certain utility and storage areas used for property maintenance may remain inaccessible. Other things to note Please note that Ishber Vista Retreat is located in a beautiful mountain region, and guests should be aware of a few local conditions: • Water Conservation: Mountain regions experience periodic water shortages. We request guests to use water mindfully and responsibly. • Electricity Supply: There are scheduled electricity outages for approximately one hour each in the morning and evening. Limited power backup is available for essential lighting and charging points. • Kitchen Facilities: Guests may use the provided gas stove and kitchen facilities responsibly. Any damage due to misuse may be chargeable. • Chargeable Items: Certain consumable items available at the property are chargeable on a usage basis. Charges are calculated at approximately 2.5 times the printed MRP, considering transportation and logistics costs in the mountain region. • Damages: Any missing, damaged, or broken property items may incur replacement charges. • Authentic Kashmiri Meals: Home-cooked authentic Kashmiri meals can be arranged with prior notice at approximately ₹400–₹450 per person, depending on the menu and seasonal availability. • Kashmiri Kahwa: Traditional Kashmiri Kahwa is available on request at ₹100 per person. • Nearby Attractions: Guests can easily explore Patnitop, Nathatop, Skyview Gondola, Nag Mandir, Mantalai International Yoga Centre, Kud market, Chenani, and several scenic mountain trails and viewpoints nearby.
