The ground floor has a convenient entrance, perfect for leaving sporting goods and outdoor equipment. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a large island that can accommodate up to six people, ideal for cooking and sharing meals. The main living room includes a smart TV to which you can connect with your own streaming accounts, as well as 750 Mbps high-speed Wi-Fi access. Board games are available to guests, as are a yoga mat, weights, and a yoga brick. These amenities are available in the main living room, but can also be moved to the basement living room to enjoy a quieter and more private space. Upstairs are three bedrooms: two bedrooms with a wardrobe and a smaller bedroom. One of the rooms is furnished with a workspace that includes a desk and a chair, convenient for teleworking or studying. The bathroom, renovated in the spring of 2026, includes a shower-bathtub. The accommodation is equipped: - Filter coffee machine - espresso machine -dishwasher - Washer and dryer -hair dryer The washer and dryer are located in the basement, in the cellar area. There is also a second living room and a futon that can be used as a relaxation area or as an extra bed. A clothes dryer and a clothesline are also available. All bedding is new as of spring 2026, and several improvements were made to the accommodation in spring 2026 to provide a pleasant, clean and welcoming space.
