Sightseeing, nightlife, as well as the airport BER, the "Messe Berlin" and the main station are within easy reach. The space The apartment can accomondate a maximum of 21 people. If the booking is for more people than the maximum number allowed via Airbnb, this must be requested separately and the booking rate / surcharge adjusted to the number of people. Your 5-bedroom apartment (complete floor) consists of two connected residential units (110qm & 85qm). The entire apartment has 5 separate bedrooms, two separate living areas including a kitchen and two spacious bathrooms for up to 21 persons (maximum number of airbnb can only be 16 persons). For security reasons and to protect against theft, there is a cctv in the stairwell and at the entrance to the building. Guest access The apartment will be only for you. Other things to note To make your arrival as easy as possible, we will send you a link for your online check-in three days before your arrival. After completing the online check-in, you will receive your personal door code for the apartment and other important information. We will also ask you for a damage deposit of between 150.00€ and 400.00€, depending on the size of the apartment. The deposit will be reserved in your Pay Pal account or on your credit card, but will not be debited and will be released approximately 24 hours after a damage free check-out.
