The space Osa is a compact, luxury studio lodge designed for couples, solo travellers and dog-friendly breaks. It blends the freedom of the outdoors with the comfort of a boutique retreat, making it ideal for guests who want countryside calm without giving up thoughtful design and useful modern comforts. Inside, the black timber-clad cabin has a bold palette of deep blacks and dark tones, inspired by volcanic stone and Nordic simplicity. The large picture window is the focal point, bringing the North Yorkshire countryside into the heart of the space. The king-size bed is positioned in front of the window, while the built-in seating for two gives guests a quiet place for morning coffee, reading or planning a day in the Yorkshire Dales. The kitchenette is well equipped for self-catering stays, with a small combi microwave/oven, under-counter fridge with icebox, two-ring induction hob, kettle, toaster, cafetière, cookware, crockery and glassware. There is also a wall-mounted Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, hairdryer, heating, Skandinavisk toiletries, linen, towels and hot tub robes for two guests. Outside, Osa has a private paved patio with a covered hot tub, outdoor seating, charcoal BBQ and countryside views. The canopy shelters the hot tub and outdoor seating area, so guests can enjoy the space throughout the year. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of Osa lodge, the private patio, covered hot tub, outdoor seating and charcoal BBQ. There is on-site parking for one car behind the lodge. Please note there are steps leading down from the parking area to the lodge, plus two steps at the entrance. Guests can also enjoy the wider Greenbank Lodges setting, including the easy one-kilometre walking loop around the site. Other things to note Osa welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs, with a charge of £25 per dog, per stay. The lodge is compact and best suited to small or medium-sized breeds. Dog-friendly touches include a dog bowl, complimentary treats and spare waste bags. Please note that the garden next to the lodge is not enclosed. A welcome hamper is included, with Polaroid camera film, playing cards, coffee, tea, crisps and milk. The Polaroid camera is provided for guest use during the stay and should remain in the lodge for future guests to enjoy. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Check-in and check-out are via a lockbox on the lodge. Osa has a studio layout with an internal floor area of 17.5m², so it is best suited to couples, solo travellers and guests travelling with small or medium dogs rather than larger breeds.
