Here, everything is in place to slow down and savor every moment in a quiet and friendly setting, just minutes from Villefranche-sur-Saône and Beaujolais The space The property has: an outside area with a covered terrace a private pool, an inflatable spa a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, Nespresso, toaster, kettle and dishwasher, a living room with TV 2 air-conditioned bedrooms located upstairs (one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed) a modern bathroom with shower and toilet All rooms have reversible air conditioning for your comfort in summer and winter. Your arrival and departure must take place in our presence so that we can welcome you, hand you the keys, and show you how the accommodation, the outdoor lighting, the pool, and the hot tub work. The pool is private during short stays. However, during long stays and in the event of very hot weather, it may exceptionally be shared, always with your consent and with the utmost respect for your privacy. The entire property is completely enclosed by walls and plants, not overlooked. Only your small entrance gate allows passage, but it is exclusively reserved for your access. Guest access The vehicle entrance is shared with our property, but you benefit from: independent access to the accommodation reserved spaces that are secure, covered and fully lit Other things to note At the back of the accommodation is our RV guarding business with our guard dogs in a fully fenced area, without disturbing your stay.
