Other things to note the home is a work in progress so it is rough around the edges. No trim, home needs painted, deck has a few balusters that need replaced, windows are old windows and a few have water stains, Some doors have scratches l. If you need a place to stay with no flaws then this is not your place. However, if you need a place that is fun and has a lot of great space and some nice decor then ypu will like it. the place has new granite for all bathroom and kitchen surfaces, new huge refrigerator and double oven. *Management fee of 8% is an airbnb fee. We are now getting charged 17% on every booking from airbnb. They used to break it down so guests see they pay half and we pay half and now they do not show the breakdown. We like being transparent and want guests to understand the fees involved.
