The swimming pool is heated to 30 degrees, without any overlook, and can be used all year round (it has a counter-current swimming system). The house is on 4 levels: a basement with cinema room and laundry room, the ground floor with the living room, dining room and kitchen overlooking the garden, the 1st floor with the master bedroom, its dressing room, bathroom and office overlooking a private terrace of 20 m2, the 2nd floor with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house also has a 12 m2 bedroom with bathroom and kitchenette as well as a gym in the garden. The privatized part for rentals starts at the door that separates the courtyard from the garden. In this courtyard there is a parking space (which can be used free of charge by guests) and 2 studios that can be occupied. On certain dates, one of the studios (25 m2 with kitchen and bathroom, may be available for an additional fee (€690/night). Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property except the 2 studios in the 1st courtyard (one of the studios is available for an extra fee on certain dates). Parking is available in the same courtyard, which is shared with the people occupying the studios. A large wall with a lockable door separates the courtyard from the garden where the house is located. Other things to note Note that there is no air conditioning in the house, but we provide one fan per room.
