The full bathroom includes a generous shower and bath, toilet, and sink, with towels, shampoo, and shower gel provided for your convenience. Ideally situated with excellent transport links, including the A1, M1, A421, and A14, the property is just 5 miles from St Neots Station, offering direct trains to Kings Cross. Cambridge is only 14 miles away, with easy road access to Bedford and Peterborough. Set in a beautiful countryside location, the surrounding area offers numerous footpaths through open fields—perfect for unwinding and spotting local wildlife. Guest access Guests have their own entrance at the front of the property, with an off-road parking space. Enter through into the living room and you'll find the kitchen and bathroom downstairs. The large bedroom is found on the first floor. The terraced garden is also available for your enjoyment, complete with garden furniture and plenty of birdlife to enjoy! Other things to note Please note we do have a LOW door frame from the kitchen to the bathroom. We have put signs up to show the low ceiling, the head height is approximately 5 ft. It is just a door frame and not an extended area to stayed ducked, but please be aware for your stay.
