Cozy holiday home and accommodation in Lillesand city center, with large garden and child-friendly🌸 The house is on a flat with laundry room in the basement. Sunny garden and porch (with garden furniture and barbecue) Five minutes walk to the beach and city center with many shops and restaurants. 5 minutes walk to Tingsaker family camping, 15 min by car to the ZOO, 15 min by car to Grimstad. Welcome to a cozy stay in Sørlandet❤️ there is a key box on the exterior of the house so that you can easily check in and out yourself. The space The house is very centrally located, sunny garden, good beds, only rental house Guest access The whole house ✨ the house is on one floor. Other things to note Guests clean before check-out, and leave in the same condition as when you checked in. Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels, or rent from us for NOK 150 per person, but this must be agreed upon in advance. Bed linen, towels, are to be placed in the laundry basket in the basement. Garbage must be taken out. Used cups, pots, cutlery, etc., must be washed before check-out.
