Casa Poesía keeps traditional El Hierro architecture alive; stone walls, a juniper-chip ceiling, and the private patio make a harmonious architectural ensemble that maintains the love of a poetic home. Built by my paternal grandparents in 1900-restored in recent years step by step and with a lot of love, in the last 3 years we renovated the staircase, changed the windows and door of the upper floor, creativity and art are mimicked in the essence of the house. Welcome! The space At the main entrance is access to the patio and the lower part where the kitchen, dining room and bathroom (shower tray) are located We have renovated the staircase, which connects to the top, now it is made of iron by a fabulous artist. At the top is a spacious living room (where the desk is located) and the room with balcony and access to the exterior stairs that lead to the patio. The patio is a peaceful, poetic, private place! A world to discover, feel and live! Full of charm; in winter the vegetation regains its life and gives us its splendor! The island is an explosion of changing life during the seasons. The sunrises from the bedroom and living room are an indescribable gift, with El Teide and the sea, spectacular! Other things to note Casa Poesía de El Hierro has had many renovations over time, in 2021 we changed the interior staircase, now it is very comfortable and easily accessible as well as beautiful! We changed the windows and door of the upper part with double glazing, maintaining harmony, and respecting the architectural ensemble. The house has hot water in the bathroom and kitchen.
