Featuring a spacious 140 m² terrace with a heated swimming pool, not overlooked, surrounded by a 2500 m² wooded plot. This outdoor space and pool are private and reserved exclusively for the use of tenants. You will have a kitchen of 22 m² fully equipped, open to a beautiful living room of 68 m², with direct access to the terrace and a veranda via large windows. In the sleeping area, you will find 1 bedroom with 2 double beds, 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed, and 1 master suite with bathroom, including a 160x200 bed. The 4 bedrooms and bathroom are equipped with a TV: 7 TVs in total with a home cinema and a sound tower in the living room. You will also enjoy many amenities such as foosball, billiards, indoor table tennis, darts, air hockey, pinball, arcade, badminton net, giant trampoline and many other possible activities. On the terrace you can relax in the sunbathing, enjoy the garden furniture and barbecue. Washer and dryer are available.
