Featuring a spacious 140 m² terrace with a heated swimming pool without overlooking neighbors, it is surrounded by a 2500 m² wooded plot. This outdoor space and pool are private and reserved exclusively for the use of tenants. You will have a fully equipped 22 m² kitchen, open to a beautiful 68 m² living room, with direct access to the terrace and a veranda via large bay windows. In the sleeping area, you will find 1 bedroom with 2 double beds, 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed, and 1 master suite with bathroom, including a 160 x 200 bed. The 4 bedrooms as well as the bathroom have a TV: 7 TVs in total with a home theater and a sound tower in the living room. You will also enjoy many amenities such as foosball, billiards, indoor ping pong table, darts, air hockey, pinball, arcade terminal, badminton net, giant trampoline and many other possible activities. On the terrace you can relax in the sun loungers, enjoy the garden furniture and barbecue. Washer and dryer are available. The rental price includes internet access, electricity, towels, linen and bed linen. Mid-week and week rental available upon request. The pool is heated and accessible as long as the outside temperature is not lower than 15° almost continuously. The rental price does not include cleaning. This is the responsibility of the tenant before their departure. Post-stay cleaning fee = €200. This package includes floors, bathrooms, and bedding. All equipment used must be stored and cleaned by the tenant. Any costs incurred by necessary cleaning or any damage will naturally be deducted from the security deposit.
