Hoot Hollow Hideaway

Our place is a large home in a private rural setting. The house is surrounded by beautiful flower beds with a different view from each room. A forest of trees offers a peaceful escape with room for kids to play outside or for adults to enjoy nature.. Our house is just minutes away from Hwy 1 and the City of Brooks and close to Dinosaur Park. It is the ideal location to host family reunions, any event/ celebration or just as a getaway from the city life. The space Each of the 5 bedrooms sleep 2 people. The decor in each bedroom was designed with a theme in mind. Children under 5 who will sleep on a mat on the floor or in the playpen are not charged as extra guests. The property can accommodate RVs and a tent for weddings or family reunions. Extra charges would be added for such occasions( extra guests and vehicles, tent and portable toilets). Guest access Guests will have access to the main level. upper level, deck and parking area. No access to garage or basement. Other things to note The house DOES NOT have AC. There are movable fans in all the bedrooms and blinds/ room darkening curtains throughout the house. There are 2 TVs with streaming capabilities( wifi) but no satellite.
