Holly House Bed and Breskfast is set in a 130 year old farm house is a rural village in the heart of the Ashdown Forest. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and colour TVs and our price includes breakfast The formal gardens cover an acre and offer a tranquil space to unwind. Booking price shown is for one room sleeping 2 people. We do have 4 other bedrooms for larger groups so feel free to contact us to check availability and for an informal chat about your trip. The space Close to Ashdown Forest , our Bed and Breakfast is prefect for relaxing breaks in the Sussex countryside and walkers. I have been welcoming guests to stay at my home for over 20 years and want to make sure your visit will be a memorable one. Many of our visitors come back year after year. Guest access The price quoted is for a two person room. Guests will also have access to a shared lounge, the conservatory and the extensive gardens. During your stay I am around on arrival, and during breakfast, and am often available at other times if necessary.
