Charming country cottage, well equipped.

Sweet comfortable, self contained cottage in rural village with incredible views - large skies and amazing sunsets 10 minutes from The White Horse Hill, 25 minutes from Oxford and close to the Cotswolds and 35 minutes from Bicester Village . Sleeps up to 6 -Kingsize double bed, twin room ( small double and single) and sofa bed and shower room. Well equipped kitchen - sitting room with wood burning stove . Use of tennis court and amazing woodland walks over private farmland. The space The cottage is rustic and homely and is set within the courtyard of Abbey Farm and does not have its own outside space though guests can use the garden. Downstairs is an open plan sitting room with dining area ( 5.17m x 4.35m. ) and kitchen. There is a wood burning stove and a piano in the sitting room. The two bedrooms are upstairs and there is a sofa bed (available on request) in the sitting room for extra guests. The shower room is downstairs. The cottage is set on the green in the attractive village of Goosey nestled in the Vale of the White Horse . Guest access There is no garden attached to the cottage but guests can use an area of the main garden. Guests may also use the tennis court and walk around the attractive farm land and woods. Other things to note The house is set within the courtyard of Abbey Farm and is attached to the house. Abbey Farm is not a working farm but there are sheep on the fields behind the property so dogs must be kept on a lead if they are walked over the land.
