The space Located in Villeneuve-la-Comtesse, this accommodation for 1-4 people welcomes you in a gentle, calm and bright atmosphere. Between the wood flooring and the simplicity, everything is designed to make you feel good from the moment you arrive, just like I feel good when I live there 😊 There you will find: - A pleasant and very bright living space with parquet flooring in an old house, with a sofa that can be unfolded to provide an extra double bed - TV - A large bedroom upstairs with double bed (140) - A small princess bedroom with a single bed and the possibility of a second extra bed for a child with a comforter - An equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, etc.), washing machine and dishwasher - a bathroom and 2 toilets - Wi-Fi to stay connected if needed, with two desks for teleworking For families, we provide a portacot, a high chair and a small bathtub, as well as a child safety gate for the staircase. Sheets are provided for all beds. Towels are available Outside, an open courtyard with a table and a slide allows you to enjoy the surrounding calm, a coffee in the sun, or a moment of relaxation, as the house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac that is safe for little ones, a pleasant Charentais nook! ☀️ Guest access As we live in the house most of the year, personal belongings are present. In the kitchen and the bathroom, there are "private" cabinets marked with Post-it notes; the others are at your disposal. In the bedrooms, all the closets are for my things or my daughter's, so please do not open them. Here, people come to take a break, get together, and enjoy the peaceful rhythm of a small, quiet country village with a grocery store, pharmacy, bakery and doctor's office. Close to the church with a playground for children 3 minutes away We exceptionally allow only one well-behaved dog (which therefore does not get on the sofa) on request; however, the upper floor with the bedrooms is off limits to our animal friends due to allergies. A sliding door closes at the foot of the stairs We prioritize stays of 2 nights minimum. With the preservation of our planet in mind, a compost bin is available, as well as a water filter on the kitchen faucet, a birdbath in the summer (please change the water regularly), and separate waste collection: yellow bins for plastics and black bins (containers located in the square) Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. An ashtray is available in the small courtyard No parties or events allowed Any damage must be reported, and any breakage must be specified and replaced with an identical item.
