Beautiful riverside apartment with fantastic views

THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN SERIOUSLY DAMAGED DURING THE ONGOING CONFLICT AND WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR AT LEAST 12 MONTHS (till end Nov 2026) - The top floor apartment (there are two further apartments in this 3 storey building) is a large one bedroomed apartment with a large sitting area. There is a separate lobby at entrance and a large balcony off the sitting room. There is a separate bathroom off the bedroom and a small but complete kitchen. The space This is a large 3 apartment, 3 storey building with off road parking and a large mature garden on the river Nile overlooking Omdurman. The building is down a quiet road opposite the Khartoum University Agricultural College, a real have in the hustle and bustle of Khartoum. The views from the house are fantastic. It is quick to get to Khartoum either via the Khartoum North bridges or via Omdurman Guest access Guests have shared access to the garden handoff road parking. Khartoum is one of the safest cities in Africa. The fridge can be stocked with essentials by prior arrangement. Other things to note There's lots to see in and around Khartoum. Some things may need permits etc., just ask and we can advise and will help where possible. Note Khartoum still gets the occasional power cut, these don't last too long these days. If you need the fridge stocked with basics such as bottled drinking water etc, and tea/coffee, vegetables etc. I can also arrange that at cost. For long stay we can make some arrangements regarding laundry... Please feel free to ask any additional questions, I will try to help and answer.
