Cosy cottage with terrace and natural garden

A single-family house with 4 bedrooms and a large kitchen-living room with access to the terrace. Room 1 faces south. Room 2 faces north and is a walk-through room Room 3 with a double bed faces west. Room 4 also has a double bed and is located in the basement. The space There are two double beds, one single bed and various mattresses, as well as a large sofa bed available for sleeping. There is a terrace with a BBQ and dining table, as well as two sofas and chairs to sit outside. Behind the house there is another garden table in the shade of a large mulberry tree. Guest access Before your stay, you will receive a code that you can use to set up the Nuki app, which opens the door and gives you access to the house. Other things to note The house is occupied sporadically, so there are private belongings around. There are various board games available that are welcome to be used. During the day, an electric car can be charged free of charge (PV system available and socket at the parking space). There are blankets and covers for 6 people. If more people are coming and/or you are particularly sensitive to the cold, please bring your own blankets or sleeping bags if possible, or contact me for an alternative solution. There are plenty of pillows and mattresses available. The municipality charges a tax of €2.60 per person per night (from 15 years of age). Please leave this money in cash in the kitchen.
