In the shade of the oaks

Welcome to our studio apartment, which will seduce you with its beautiful view of the Pyrenees, the shade of magnificent oaks and the calm of the countryside. Whether for a business, sports, cultural or tourist stay, we will be delighted to host you in this lovely part of Comminges. You will be close to beautiful sites such as the Cardeilhac State Forest, the collegiate church and Lake St Gaudens, the Gallo-Roman villa of Montmaurin, Aurignac and its Aurignacian Museum, and St Bertrand de Comminges. The space Nice 25 m2 independent studio adjoining our house. It is very well equipped: reversible air conditioning, 140 cm bed made upon arrival, large closet, TV, washing machine and drying rack, equipped kitchen (induction hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, mini oven, dishwasher, mini chopper and raclette machine), hair dryer. THE FREEZER WILL ONLY BE TURNED ON UPON REQUEST. We provide: bed linen, towels, everyday cleaning products (cleaning products, dishwashing liquid, broom, garbage bag), a starter kit with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, as well as some hot drinks. Guest access Self check-in or check-in with me if I am available. Outdoor parking on a public road. Other things to note An outdoor play area, linked to my job as a childcare assistant, which I do on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, is adjacent to your yard. I use it from approximately 9 am to 11 am and/or from 4 pm to 6 pm, weather permitting. Please consider this information if the noise from the children might bother you. We cannot accept pets. This is a non-smoking accommodation. Please do not smoke or vape indoors.
