Welcome to the Ferme de L'Oudon & SPA. In the heart of the Pays d'Auge, La Lagune is a charming 90 m² guest house for 4 people, located in a particularly peaceful environment away from other accommodations. Overlooking its private pond, it features a large south-facing terrace and a prime setting as close as possible to nature and the animals of the farm. Your stay includes access to the spa with heated indoor pool and infrared sauna, from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. The space La Lagune is a 90 m² guest house for 4 people, located in the lower part of the estate, close to our small farm with its animals and a short walk from the spa. Away from the other accommodations, it enjoys a particularly quiet environment and a prime location facing its private pond. The house is mostly on one level and has a large living area with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a TV. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave and stove. A dishwasher and washing machine are also available for your use. From All Saints' Day to Easter, the fireplace in the living room can be used to enjoy evenings by the fire. La Lagune has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The first has a bathroom with a spa bath. The second, accessible via a few steps, has a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The sleeping area can be prepared with a double bed or two single beds according to your needs. A wooden crib is also provided in this room. Outside, a large 50 m² private south-facing terrace with garden furniture overlooks the pond. A particularly pleasant setting to take your time, watch the ducks and enjoy the Normandy countryside. Your stay includes access to the Ferme de l'Oudon's shared spa from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with an indoor heated pool, infrared sauna and relaxation area. To complete your stay, we offer breakfast served directly in your home, massages and treatments, and various gourmet services, all by reservation. Guest access La Lagune is entirely reserved for its occupants and features a private terrace and pond. Free private parking, accessible by digicode, is available on the property. You can also enjoy the shared spa with an indoor heated pool and an infrared sauna from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., the outdoor areas of the estate, and discover the animals on our small farm located near the house. Other things to note La Lagune is available from 4 p.m. on your check-in day and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on your check-out day. Check-in is done independently using the information provided before your stay. The shared spa with heated indoor pool and infrared sauna is accessible from 9:30am to 8:00pm. Breakfast can be booked for an additional charge and is served directly in your house between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., at a cost of €20 per adult and €15 per child under 12 years old. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. The Ferme de l'Oudon is an estate offering rooms, suites and guesthouses, comprising 9 accommodations. These are not a hotel. Cleaning is included. We simply ask you to leave the kitchen tidy and clean and to take out the trash before your departure. Some pets are allowed only upon prior request, at a charge of €10 per pet per night.
