Our team is at your disposal to offer you wellness breaks in our Spa and gourmet moments thanks to our Tables d'Hôtes service. The space With an area of 90 m2 and a capacity of 4 people, the Lagoon is a unique place overlooking a private pond. This house is located at the bottom of the Farm next to the Animal Farm. Isolated from the rest of the other accommodations, but close to the SPA, this house will be perfect for a private vacation. This single-storey house consists of a large dining room with an equipped kitchen (rotating heat oven, microwave oven and cooktop) open to a dining area. A large living room with TV area and fireplace will allow you to enjoy delicious moments of relaxation. The fireplace is functional from All Saints' Day to Easter. For your comfort, a washing machine and dishwasher are at your disposal. La Maison La Lagune has two bedrooms. The first has a bathroom with a spa bath, the second accessible by a few steps, a shower room with a walk-in shower. This room has a double bed or two single beds (your choice) as well as a wooden baby bed. This house also offers a large private terrace of 50 m2 facing south with garden furniture, overlooking a beautiful private pond where you will have the opportunity to admire our ducks. All bookings must be made at least one day in advance. - Accommodation is available from 3 p.m. on your check-in day and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on your check-out day. - Check-ins are self-service after 7 p.m. and on Sundays. - Our shared Spa (entire indoor pool and sauna) is open to all our guests from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. - The Ferme de l'Oudon is an estate of guest rooms and guest houses. The estate has 9 accommodations in total. - We provide all our guests with linens (sheets and bath towels). - We do not charge a cleaning fee for renting our accommodation. We ask, out of respect for them to be made clean. - We also accept certain pets upon prior request. We charge a fee of €10 per pet per night.
