Spacious house ideally located overlooking the largest lake in Normandy and a stone's throw from Normandy Switzerland and its GR, voted the favorite of the French in 2022. Come with family, friends, this 100 m² house (2000 m² of land) will be the place to meet. Outside: Private Parking, Pétanque Court, Charcoal Barbecue, Terrace.
