Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. A pressure cooker or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them! Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ Tossal De L'ullastre Nº7 Playa De Xeraco, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation time. Either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned 24/48 hours after inspection of the apartment, or take out an Accidental damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable. In the case of traveling with pets, if the apartment allows them, they will pay a supplement of €7/night/pet. Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, the slope of entry into the water is gentle, ideal for children and older people. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services.
