The rooms are composed on the one part of a master bedroom suite with double bed and direct access to the terrace. Moreover, the other two rooms are made up of two double bedrooms and have a family bathroom. All rooms have a fitted wardrobe to enjoy amplitude. The kitchen is fully equipped with vitroceramic, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and utensils. It has direct access to the rear terrace of the villa, where the barbecue is, table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals. The villa for rent is equipped with a washing machine, clothesline, iron and post for clothes. Although they are totally independent, Villa Lavanda is twin sister of Villa Magnolia, since they are almost identical and are next to each other.
