Cottage by the Říčanský Stream

A hut hidden in an orchard by the Říčanský Stream. A place for peace, morning coffee under the trees, evening fires, and slow days in nature. On the property, you will find mature trees, apple trees, and plum trees. But also a meadow and plenty of privacy. Ideal for a couple, a small family, or a solo getaway out of town. A few steps from the property, you'll find a beautiful habitat for swimming. The space The hut is equipped with: • double bed with comfortable mattresses • an extra bed in the form of a folding chair (if you want to come as a group of 3, please let us know so we can prepare the extra bed) • air conditioning for cooling and heating • linens, towels, kitchen towels • hair dryer • Nespresso coffee machine with capsules • WI-FI ACCESS • SMART TV • induction cooker • equipped kitchenette • fridge freezer • liquid hand soap, jar for dishes • WC and bathroom with shower • insect screens • outdoor seating with lounge chairs and a garden grill • In the cottage, you'll find blankets for cool evenings • 2 dog bowls We also offer the property for tents and caravans, but IF GUESTS ARE IN THE CABIN, THE PROPERTY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR CAMPERS AND VICE VERSA - so that you don't disturb each other. We regularly sanitize the space with an ozonizer and steam cleaner. Final cleaning is included in the price. Other things to note We are happy to offer you homemade breakfasts. After making a booking, we will send you the current breakfast menu. Breakfast is only available on Saturdays and Sundays and when booked at least 24 hours in advance. Other days by agreement.
