Tom's Folly NEW rural S/C 1-bed at Cusgarne Manor

Tom’s Folly is a new upside-down house at Cusgarne Manor and it’s finished to the same high standard as our other properties. We are in a beautiful rural location only 5 miles from Truro and 6 miles from Falmouth. It's the perfect bolt-hole for a couple or single person wanting a central location to explore the whole of Cornwall. It's the perfect, comfortable retreat in a tranquil spot to return to at the end of a busy day out. The space This unique place has a style all its own. The open-plan upstairs living area has countryside views and you can see our horses being exercised, and there is also a 43” QLED TV. Downstairs is the king-size bedroom with hanging and storage space, and en-suite shower room. Dogs are welcome and there is plenty of exercise space for them in our nearby nature reserve. Tom's Folly is designed with blind and deaf people in mind (open-plan, large TV, good lighting, acoustic panelling, solid colours, contrasting switches/handles/rails, soft furnishings).
