Guest suite in Langford

A private unit with an en-suite. You will find a mini fridge, kettle, fan and clothing rail to make longer stays more comfortable. The side gate access has a small patio area with a table and chairs. Private door/access and a gated drive way where you can park your car (please note only one car per booking) The space Easy access to A1 and only a 8 minute drive to the local train station where you can get to London in less than 45 minutes. Local country walks, a convenience shop directly opposite and restaurants/takeaways nearby. Guest access When you arrive you will have a private parking space in a gated driveway for extra safety. The room is accessible through a side gate and a separate entrance to the private room. There is a lock box for the key which allows you to check in and out at anytime with ease. During your stay I am always happy to help as much as I can so always feel free to drop me a message. Can also meet with you in person if needed for any reason. We hope you enjoy your stay☺️ Other things to note Fire blanket ( not extinguisher as blanket more suitable for space) and first aid kit , carbon monoxide strips is provided in side table draw. Any emergency please leave building,your entry door and make your way to meeting point, opposite side of Rd outside LONDIS.( If exit button on gate is not working,there is a safety gate in middle of fence for emergency only) If time please alert main home.use fire blanket. Call emergency services 999.when in safe location. Please make yourself familiar with area,doors , lights etc . Please leave room clean,tidy,remove all rubbish ,bins provided front of drive ( green bin card,tin, plastic,black bin general rubbish) please take bottles with you. Please remove your items from fridge.There are cleaning products, wipes , antibacterial spray cloths provided to wipe down tray table, side table other surfaces( bleach for toilet only) For your use. Make sure all rubbish placed in external bins/ Toilet leave as expect to find, sanitary bags provided in basket (please despose of in bathroom bin, Best Use of kettle empty water from kettle/before & after as massive ecolie risk, please , make sure turned off.
