Charming house in old farmhouse ideal for 7 adults and 2 children. The charm of this old farmhouse, the garden out of sight and the large terrace will make you have a quiet stay in the countryside. In winter, or for the cooler evenings, you can enjoy a good and beautiful wood fire in the living room. The house is 10 km from Soissons and all its tourist assets. The space House impeccably clean, quiet and comfy. Large garden with 2 chickens. Quiet place to rest and visit the surroundings for families or with friends.
 
 The equipment in the house is simple and its decoration rustic.
 For babies: There is a cot in one of the bedrooms if needed as well as a high chair.

 Senseo coffee machine, Sodastream sparkling water machine, available. There are stairs in and out... so you have to be careful to watch the children and be careful to avoid the falls.

 Leave the house reasonably clean when you leave to limit cleaning fees. The neighborhood is very quiet, parties are prohibited. Details are given below.

 - The house is fully checked, dusted and washed before every arrival. The sheets are fresh and the beds are made.

 - I live in a small studio opposite the house in one of the farmhouse outbuildings. So we need to share the yard for the cars and I need to be able to get out of the yard easily with my vehicle. - With two hens in the garden and a small permaculture garden, you may see me passing by to feed them or pick up a few vegetables. I will be discreet so as not to bother you.

 Leave the house in good condition when you leave:
