The space There are 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets For weekend reservations from Friday to Sunday, you can check out on Sunday at 6 p.m. instead of 10 a.m. Included in the price: fuel oil, water, wood, waste containers, parking on private property, internet, digital television Not included in the price: electricity consumption at €0.70 Kwh. We see the effective consumption remotely and request a payment after your stay. Jacuzzi may be available from November 1st to March 31st. The house is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen and living room are preheated 365 days a year. You will never arrive in a cold house. The house, terrace, the accompanying shed and garden are ideal for a weekend getaway or a vacation for families with children or groups of friends. You can go from the dining room to the terrace (from where you can see the Semois flowing). On the terrace, there are tables and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, stove (induction 4 basins), oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and all small materials such as cutlery, plates, mixer, toaster, coffee maker, scales, etc. The house has 7 bedrooms (5 from 2026). There are a total of 5 double beds (160 x 200), 3 single beds and 1 bunk bed (80/90 x 200). There is also a baby crib. Duvets and pillows are provided. Guests must provide their own mattress cover, down duvet cover and pillow cover. All down duvets are single. Sometimes there are already mattress protectors on the mattresses, please also use your mattress cover in this case. Guests must provide towels and kitchen towels. You can rent linen and towels at the laundry in Vresse, these cost €12 for a single bed and €24 for a double bed. If you wish, please request this at least 20 days before arrival. Sometimes the laundry does not have enough rental linen. Payment is directly to the laundry. In the dining room/living room, which also opens onto the garden, coziness is the trump card, here are 3 sofas, coffee table, digital TV, wood stove, mood lighting and in the winter months the Christmas tree. Outside, guests can enjoy the covered Jacuzzi from April to the end of October. Jacuzzi is always filled with clean water during this period and will already be heated depending on the period (not always). If water is not heated, turn it on upon arrival and the next day you can get in. The sauna is available all year round, it accommodates 6 to 7 people. Near the large barn (where there are also tables and chairs) there is a BBQ and there is a small outdoor kitchen that you can use the BBQ all year round, the outdoor kitchen also except during the freezing periods. You can fish and swim in the Semois. There is a shop where you can buy fishing gear at 80 meters. Small supermarkets, bakery, butcher, newsagent at 6 km. There is Wi-Fi in the house. There is a mobile phone signal in the house. Not included in the price is electricity consumption. You can charge electric cars, but do not use the sauna or Jacuzzi if you want to charge the car. Be sure to let us know in advance that you want to charge your cars, otherwise you will not have access. Vresse is a small village in the Semois Valley, located in the middle of nature. The child-friendly house, and the accompanying relaxation room, barn and garden are ideal for a weekend getaway or a vacation for families with children or quiet groups of friends. When you look up hiking routes in the Semois Valley, you will notice that it is really the mecca for hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers. Walks also start here immediately at the house. Motorcycle enthusiasts will also find their paradise here. In the area you can visit slate mine and museum "Ardois all", kayak trips (you can leave in the garden), visit agricultural museum, ride with carriage and Ardennes horses.
