Relax in this unique and quiet studio. It's an ideal stopover for your trips by car, on foot, by bike, by motorcycle or on horseback. Located in a small Lorraine village between Vittel and Bourbonne-les-Bains, close to the motorway exit. You can fully enjoy nature, the forest, hiking trails and bike routes in the immediate vicinity. You can store your bikes and motorcycles in the barn. For horse riders, 2 stalls are available in front of the house. The space Our studio "Le Perchoir" is located in an old Lorraine farmhouse. The shared entrance with our Relais is through the old stable. The studio upstairs has a living room with a kitchen area equipped with a gas stove, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster and water heater. Next to the living room is the bathroom with toilet, sink and corner bathtub. The bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed is under the roof with a Velux window with a blind. The apartment has good thermal insulation and is heated with a small wood-burning stove. You're not afraid of the heat in the summer or the cold in the winter. Guest access You can use the barn to park your bikes and motorcycles. The washing machine is available for your use. Waste sorting is in the barn and under the shelter in front of the house. Other things to note Smoking, fireworks, and any open flames are strictly prohibited in the house for safety reasons. Cats are not allowed Dogs only upon request.
