Many of the furnishings throughout the apartment were handcrafted by my husband, an artist and craftsman who designed this space with comfort and creativity in mind. The photographs displayed on the walls are our own, capturing some of our favourite places around Barbados and bringing a little of the island into every room. We wanted to create more than just a place to sleep, we wanted a home where guests could truly slow down, reconnect, and experience the peaceful beauty of Barbados. We live upstairs, while the entire ground floor is your private space. You’ll have your own entrance, a spacious open-air patio perfect for relaxing, dining, or enjoying your morning coffee, along with an expansive backyard where you can unwind and connect with nature. Whether you’re spending the day at Crane Beach—just a short walk away—or simply relaxing in the hammock with a good book, our home was thoughtfully designed to help you feel comfortable, at peace, and right at home. Guest access You can use all spaces, our home is your home 🏠 Other things to note Need a rental car? 🚗 We also offer rental cars upon request! Taxi or Uber from the airport cost approximately $25 - $30 USD to our home at the Crane Beach. Our cars are compact, fuel-efficient, and perfect for exploring the island with ease. Meet our four-legged greeter! 🐕 You'll also meet our lovable dog, who lives on the property. He's incredibly friendly, calm, and quiet, and guests quickly fall in love with him. While you may see him around from time to time, he spends most weekdays at doggy daycare, so he's rarely around during the day. If you're not a dog person, don't worry—he's well-behaved, doesn't enter the guest apartment, and is happy to simply say hello if you choose!
