Entire house with “Txoko” and patio, 50 minutes from Bilbao

Rent our entire house and enjoy an exclusive getaway. Great for families of up to 5 people, or couples looking for privacy. Your pets are welcome. We have a gated patio and a practical "txoko" to enjoy your meals, if it's too hot or the mosquitoes are bothering you. And you can park and wash your bikes/motorcycles. A cozy retreat 50 minutes from Bilbao, designed to make you feel right at home. Enjoy the independence of a cozy home all to yourselves. The space The house's layout includes three floors. It is accessed through a locked gate, which leads to a private patio. If you come by car or van, you can park for free right outside or just a few meters from the accommodation. If you bring bicycles or motorcycles, you can park them safely inside, in the private courtyard, or, if you prefer, in the “txoko,” where you can also have lunch and dinner if it's very hot or raining outside, as it is equipped with a table that seats up to 6 people and a refrigerator. In the courtyard, there is another table with an umbrella and a barbecue, as well as a small table for a mid-morning snack or an afternoon gin and tonic. We also have a sink with hot and cold water for whatever you need, such as cleaning your bike or motorcycle after a busy day on the road, and we also have a hose. From here, an exterior staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find a spacious living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower that has very good water pressure. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe. From here, an interior staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is an open-plan attic space of approximately 43 square meters (463 square feet). On one side, there is another double bed, a plasma TV, and a daybed, and on the other side, there is a sofa that can be converted into an additional double bed if needed, a spacious dresser, an open coat rack, and a reading or relaxation area under an attic window. The house is cozy and ideal for one or two couples, or families of up to 5 people, traveling by car, motorcycle, or bicycle, and of course, your pets are welcome. Fancy an authentic getaway?
