Welcome to The School House by Yorkshire Escapes. A wonderful newly renovated property situated in the heart of The Zetland Estate on the outskirts of Richmond in the Yorkshire Dales. The house sleeps 8 guests in 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, large kitchen/dining room, sitting room, hallway, utility room, cloakroom and secluded garden. Electric car charger. The space The house has been beautifully decorated to a high standard providing luxury accommodation for 8 guests. The Entrance Hall leads into the cosy Sitting Room with large comfy sofas, smart tv and log burner and windows overlooking the garden at the front of the house. The Entrance Hall then leads into the large central hallway with wooden floors with access through to the large Kitchen/Dining Room with high ceilings, comfy seating with French doors leading out to the garden with paved terrace leading to the lawn and a bbq for alfresco living with tables and chairs. The Kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric cooker with hob and wooden floors. There are four double bedrooms with bathrooms ensuite, one bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and the other three bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor. There is a Utility Room with washing machine, downstairs cloakroom and garden. The house is within walking distance of Richmond and Gilling West across the fields from the house with their wonderful pubs, restaurants and shops. The garden at the back of the house is very private with far reaching views. The house is situated just off the B6274 which is the road that runs between Gilling West and Richmond market town, opposite Aske Park. There is lots of parking at the house.
