Welcome to Pineta Apartment, the ideal solution for couples and families who want a relaxing holiday with nature and comfort in Santa Maria Maggiore! The apartment is a practical and cosy studio with all amenities, located in an exceptionally strategic position: it is just a few minutes' walk from the renowned Pineta, the historic centre and the station, the departure point for the famous Val Vigezzo Foliage Train. CIN: IT103062C2EDQRXCW5 The space The apartment is a well-designed studio equipped with all the necessary amenities: Entrance Area & Kitchen: At the entrance there is a versatile sofa bed and spacious wardrobes with compartments for guests, where the first aid kit is also located. The kitchenette is equipped with 4 burners, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a complete set of pots, pans, plates, cutlery and all the cooking utensils, including a moka coffee maker. The dining area has a wooden table with chairs for 4 people. Living / Sleeping Area: A brand new and very comfortable foldaway double bed complete with sheets and pillows, plus additional wardrobes and compartments for your luggage. During the day, it transforms into a modern 3-seater sofa. Guests have access to a 32" Hisense Full HD Smart TV (to access Netflix and Amazon Prime with their own accounts) and Wi-Fi with a TP-Link router. For the little ones, a Hauck Dream N Play 120x60 travel cot is available on request, complete with a comfortable mattress (4 cm thick) and a waterproof mattress cover. Important note: Sheets, covers and pillows are not provided. We kindly ask you to bring them from home. Bathroom: Equipped with a shower cubicle with shower head, soft towels for guests, a courtesy hairdryer and a welcome kit with shampoo/bubble bath and soap. Surroundings: The apartment is in a convenient location, just a few minutes' walk from the area's main attractions: - La Pineta: Perfect for the warm season with lots of activities for the whole family, including an outdoor swimming pool, adventure park, tennis courts, golf, mini-golf, basketball, horse and pony riding, hiking trails, cycle paths and summer rides for the little ones. - The Historic Centre: Reachable on foot in a few minutes, it houses the famous Chimney Sweep Museum and, in winter, the famous Christmas Markets. - The Station: A short walk away, ideal for boarding the scenic Foliage Train to reach Switzerland, passing through the wonderful landscapes of the Val Vigezzo. Guest access The apartment is easily accessible by following the directions provided at check-in. All detailed instructions and the code for independent access via the lockbox (Master Lock) for self check-in will be sent.
